HOW OFTEN ARE YOUR SHOP UPDATES?

As I work fulltime my art, at the moment takes more the form of a hobby. Hence new batch of pottery are added whenever I have time. Follow me on Instagram or like my Facebook page to keep up to date.

DO YOU MAKE MORE THAN ONE OF THE SAME ITEM?

Every now and then I will make a pair of mugs with a very similar shape or glaze. All my pottery is currently hand build (I don’t own a wheel). It is hence highly unlikely that any item will be the same. I also like to build and glaze whatever way I feel in the moment, so if you like it, grab it.

DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS?

Being a creative, I make what brings me joy in the moment. As pottery is a form of wellbeing and relaxation for me, the last thing I want to do is put pressure on myself. So at this point in time, I do not take commissions.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

I usually ship 1-4 days from order date. Shipping time will fluctuate depending on how busy I am and shortly after a shop update shipping times may be a little longer. Thank you for your support and patience.

All orders are sent with Second Class Royal Mail Postage and should arrive within 2-4 working days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Sadly, not at the moment.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Returns are only accepted if I accidentally ship out the wrong items, (I’m only human, mistakes can happen), or if something gets damaged in transit. If this does occur, please get in touch as soon as possible and I will rectify the order.
